You will experience a powerful yet meditative practice targeting the deeper connective tissues within the body. Postures are primarily done on the floor and held for longer periods allowing for a slow and safe opening of the spine, hips and pelvis. A focus on inner stillness and awareness creates an overall feeling of lightness, spaciousness and peace in the body and mind.
