Restorative
A focus on relaxing the entire body in restful postures this class may include the use of props such as yoga blocks, cushions, ties or blankets to further facilitate a deep relaxation, allowing the body an opportunity to renew and heal, this class also supports those in need of recovery from injury or illness.
