Private Groups / Corporate Retreats
Allow us to facilitate your group with a range of experiences. From a group event including yoga postures, breathing, even meditation, similar to classes we regularly lead at our studios. Or perhaps we would look at group classes with emphasis on stress management techniques, or conscious communication techniques, holistic lifestyle training, holistic cooking, and more.
