Ashtanga
The Primary Series (first in a increasingly advanced series of development) will be taught in a clear and concise manner, and appropriate for those interested in learning this challenging set sequence of yoga postures, created by Sri K. Pattabis Jois. It is a vigorous practice and great for anyone looking for a consistent practice to build and grow from. You do create an internal heat in this style, prepare to sweat!
