Trinity Yoga Centre's teacher training's are an in-depth training in the Kripalu Yoga tradition. These training's are registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level. These comprehensive Yoga and Health trainings are delivered in 2 formats to meet the varied needs of the "householder" students. Those who desire to live a spiritual life while they remain actively engaged in the world. Designed not only to prepare one to teach all levels of asana, but to delve deeply into the practices of pranayama, chanting, meditation, personal transformation and to cultivate a deep appreciation for the philosophical basis for yoga.

Yoga Alliance - The internationally recognized governing body for yoga teachers. Awarding 200 hour and 500 hour accreditation for qualified schools and graduates.

Kripalu Center - The premier destination for yoga studies in North America. Kripalu Center holds over 600 programs annually, with over 20,000 guests. Kripalu Center is also the home of the Kripalu Yoga Teachers Association (K.Y.T.A.), with an acclaimed annual yoga conference, and the largest worldwide group of affiliated yoga teachers.
