200-Hour, 300-Hour and 500-Hour Yoga and Health Teacher Trainings

9-month weekend or 18-day intensive

Our in-depth trainings deepen your personal practice and give you the tools to teach from your own body knowledge, personal experience, and interests. Through our comprehensive trainings, you will learn the many facets of teaching yoga, from asana and pranayama to the internal practices of stilling the mind and attuning to the subtleties of the energy body.
