Cooking Classes

These classes are designed to introduce new and exciting foods that are healthy, and easy to prepare. Whether you are currently enjoying a vegetarian diet or are wanting to introduce delicious vegetarian meals, these classes will expand your repertoire to include balanced recipes the whole family will enjoy. Classes include recipes, food sampling and interactive learning/cooking.
