Summer Retreat
Again in 2010 we will return to MacKenzie Camp for another Kripalu Yoga experience. This is a 3 day retreat (Friday afternoon to Sunday noon) at Mabel Lake. We will have daily yoga practice, outside!, lectures and experience, and a wonderful evening of chanting, drumming and fire circle on Saturday night. You will enjoy free time to swim or hike, or rest!, as well as wonderful vegetarian food. This is a kids camp, so you will be sleeping in bunk rooms, or small cabins. Very fun, and a bit rustic.
